Jenna Cohen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor and Consultant who specializes in Trauma, Anxiety, Chronic Pain Relief, Perinatal Mental Health, and Traumatic/Complex Grief and Loss.

Jenna is passionate about EMDR and integrates other therapeutic approaches to best enhance your healing, including Expressive Arts Therapy, IFS/Ego States, Movement Therapy and Somatic Therapies

Jenna approaches therapy from a place of compassion and a firm belief that each person is the expert in their own life with unique powers to heal. She is originally from New York City and obtained her master’s degree in clinical social work from Columbia University. Jenna is currently Licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts

Jenna is also a Chronic Pain Coach who works with clients to heal from chronic pain using PRT and EAET.

Danielle is passionate about helping individuals and couples from all walks of life, from teenagers to adults, to navigate the challenges that come with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship struggles, and life transitions. With a compassionate, direct, and person-centered approach, Danielle creates a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward regaining balance in your life.

Using evidence-based techniques including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Strength Based Therapy, Danielle will help you build resilience, develop practical coping strategies and make long lasting, positive changes.

Danielle is a military veteran and has worked in medical social work. She has decades of experience as a healthcare provider in multiple aspects of care. Having lived the reality of high-stakes work, Danielle understands the struggles. Her goal is to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and a renewed purpose.
